Printing your QR Codes on sticker-backed paper makes it easy to include them in other media like your stationary, name cards, or schedules.
We're using the HP Sprocket Panorama to print QR Codes on adhesive paper. This is a compact printer that also supports color printing and can produce prints up to several inches in length. The printer comes with a sample size spool of paper which is enough for about 10 prints or so. If you're planning to print a lot we definitely recommend also picking up a refill paper roll.
Materials used:One nice feature about this particular printer is that it doesn't use ink cartages, and it has been thoroughly enjoyable to not have to replace those. It also can print in color, making it useful for your decorating needs beyond just printing QR Codes. As shown in the video the prints come out crisp, and are printed relatively quickly.
Did you know that QR Codes become more complex depending on the amount of data they contain? We generally recommend printing QR Codes that are about 1/2 inch to an inch in size for the best experience when people scan them with their phones.
Here is an example. These two QR Codes are both links to the same web page but the one on the left has significantly more data encoded into it.
If you need smaller QR codes please contact us, we have additional features we may be able to enable for you account.
